OUR HEART
Anticipation In The Air
Dear Friends,
This past week, we joyfully welcomed a new cohort of students to YWAM Lausanne, embarking on a variety of University of the Nations (UofN) courses. As with the start of every quarter, there's a palpable sense of anticipation and expectation in our gatherings, as we look forward to what God will do in this season. Students from around the globe have joined us, aligning with our theme for the year: following Jesus as our compass. We are intentionally seeking to go deeper in our walk with Him, trusting that it will lead to the fruit of His Kingdom (2 Kings 19:30).
We are also excited about the fresh vision for our expansion into North Africa, marked by the launch of our second DTS in the region. Locally, this same sense of anticipation is evident as we introduce our first Alpha course tailored for university students, offer additional courses to local churches, and continue our gospel outreach in Lausanne.
In our training programs, the Ministry and Leadership Development School continues to serve as a gateway into missions through YWAM Lausanne. This fall, we have 16 students from 10 different nations participating. Our aim is that through this school, they will discover their path to global missions, whether that be within YWAM Lausanne or elsewhere in the YWAM global family. For us, they are part of the fresh hope and expectation for how God will use YWAM Lausanne in this season to advance His Kingdom among the nations.
We are deeply grateful for the incredible staff and students who make up the YWAM Lausanne community. Their faith and obedience create a vibrant, apostolic, and missional learning environment.

Life with the Lord Podcast Dreaming With God / Tyler Childs
Levi speaks with Tyler Childs this week to discuss what it means to dream big with God. Today, many people limit or disregard their dreams based on fear and doubt. Years ago Tyler got bit by the 'film bug'. Now he is pursuing his God-given dream by serving as a filmmaker in the entertainment industry. Listen as Tyler shares his thoughts on partnership with God, restoring our childlike creativity, and stepping into our inheritance.

OUTREACH
The God Who Sees
DTS Student Outreach Testimony
"Ayak, a mother who single-handedly brought all seven of her children with her, fled the borders of Sudan three months ago. With no work for her or her family, life was proving to be an enourmous struggle. On the day of our home-visit ministry, we prayed as a group and asked God to give us word of encouragement or scripture for the families. I felt from the Lord to do a Bible study from John 15 - The vine and the branches.
Before we started the Bible study, we asked Ayak if she had a favourite book in the Bible. To our surprise, it was the Gospel according to John. We read John 15 together and the Lord began to move in Ayak's heart. We encouraged her that God was with her in the pain and struggle, and that all He desires for her is to continue to abide in Him. Afterwards, we had the opportunity to pray for Ayak and her family. She had a bad tooth ache, so we started to pray for healing. She started to tear up and said that the pain was completely gone! It was such a beautiful moment as we rejoiced with her and her family.
God was revealing Himself to her in many ways. Our team were deeply encouraged as this was the first healing we witnessed since being in North Africa. God knows and meets His people, and we are His vessels. We can't wait to see what else He will do in the remainder of this outreach. All glory to God!"

IN CLOSING
Thank You
We are continually trusting God for a fresh outpouring of His Spirit to fuel our apostolic vision. Our pioneering work in North Africa, as mentioned, demands faith and perseverance in many areas. It is a humbling privilege to be part of opening the door to missions for those who might have never imagined such an opportunity.
If you feel led to support this important work, you can partner with us by contributing to our Mediterranean Scholarship Fund, which helps equip and send new missionaries from this region you can do so here.
Thank you!
